Ballerhouse Whip Competition: The Low Down
The Whip Competition is set up to give members the opportunity to win cash for sharing pictures of their cars. For the first Whip Competition, running January 17 through February 7, we will be awarding a $250 prize for the Most Baller Whip and a $100 prize for the Biggest Bucket. While the competition won't start for another day, you can begin uploading your images now.
How do I enter?
To enter the competition, upload pictures of your whip via the submit items tab on your “my account” page. Classify the images under “whips,” and you are automatically entered.

How are the winners selected?
The winners are selected by you, the users, through BallerHub’s Battle page. The Battle page presents two pictures and allows users to select which image is more baller. Our software tallies each selection as a vote for that picture and ranks the picture according to its respective number of votes, displaying the leaders on the Battle Leaders page.
On January 31, we will pick the top three battle leaders for the Most Baller Whip prize and create a poll on our home page where users can select their favorite from the three. For the Biggest Bucket prize, we will select the three most worthy junkers from the bottom of the list and create a poll for them on the BallerHub homepage as well. Bucket finalists must have a minimum of 5 battles to qualify.
Both polls will remain up for one week, and the winners from the polls will receive the cash.
Do I need to be in possession of the whip when the prizes are awarded?
Yes, if you are selected as a winner, we will ask you to verify your possession of the vehicle. That, however, does not mean you must own the car. The whip you enter can be a leased vehicle, or the title can be in a relative’s name.
Can I post more than one picture of my whip?
Yes, when we narrow down the top three leaders, we will sift through duplicate images of the same whip. The three whips that make it to the next round will be unique vehicles, not multiple pictures of the same car.
Can I vote on my own pictures?
Yes. Our software is set up to allow you to vote on each picture in the competition one time.
Can I encourage my friends to vote on my pictures?
Yes. That is a good way to give yourself an edge in the competition. Your friends must register on BallerHub to vote.

A bucket is a junker, or an under-maintained vehicle. You will find the definition from Urban Dictionary below:
